How to Know if a Product Can Be Returned?

On the product details page, you will see one of these return indicators:

Returnable

Item can be returned within the specified timeframe (usually 7-14 days)

Non-Returnable

Item cannot be returned (personal care, undergarments, etc.)

Conditions Apply

Returnable only if unopened/unused with original packaging

How to Request a Return?

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Go to Your Orders

Log in to your account and navigate to the Track Orders section

Step 2: Select the Product

Find the item you wish to return from your order history.

Step 3: Initiate Return

Click on Request Return and select your reason from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Submit Request

Complete the return form and submit your request.

Step 5: Seller Review

The seller will review your request (typically within 24-48 hours).

Important Notes

  • Return requests are subject to the policy defined by the seller
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact for most returns
  • Return shipping may be at your expense depending on seller policy
