Business Terms

All sellers who wish to sell on tukasekupuva.mk must agree to the applicable terms and conditions based on their seller type.

Business Sellers (Professional Accounts)

• A monthly subscription of 30 EUR is required.
• You are responsible for defining and handling your return and shipping policies.
• Orders must be fulfilled in a timely manner.
• All product listings must comply with Macedonian laws and regulations.
• Products must be accurately described and include high-quality images.
• Customer inquiries must be responded to within 48 hours.
• The subscription includes unlimited product listings with no additional fees per sale.
• Business sellers have full access to the professional dashboard.

Individual sellers are private users selling personal items.

Individual Sellers

• No monthly subscription fee is required.
• Product listing is free.
• A 20% commission per completed sale is charged based on the item price.
• Individual sellers do not have access to the professional dashboard.
• You are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions and images.
• You must cooperate with buyers regarding delivery and returns where applicable.
